Are you a superstitious person? You know, the kind of person who will not open an umbrella under cover, won’t wander beneath an open ladder and has to spin around 3 times when stepping over a grove in the cement?
Here is a number of the more common craps folklores assembled by a few of the great craps competitors. Incidentally, they believe in most of this absurdness too!
one. If the stickman is substituted, in the middle of a toss, a seven will be next.
2. If a drink waitress approaches the table, a seven will follow.
3. If the die being thrown hits somebody’s cash, a seven is likely.
4. If the pair of dice being tossed impacts the glass, a seven will appear.
5. If there is too much talking between the croupiers, constant 7s.
six. If the dice are tossed off the table, seven is going to be the following number.
7. If new dice are asked for, seven is likely to be next.
8. If a player bellows out the number "seven", a 7 will surely be next.
All of this may sound like a whole lot of nothing to you but occasionally you might be involved in an active game where the dice are passing a little too frequently. If you keep tabs, you will realize that several of the folklores are, in fact, happening.
You’ll notice that the stickman changes a bit too often, that instead of 1 drink waitress, the table now has 2 attendants delivering drinks and many other strange things that ultimately mean a seven is bound to be tossed by the shooter.
Remember, you are able to always bring your wagers off the table and wait until the following tosser. You can also turn your wagers off, however, if you do, don’t turn them back on, especially given that if you do… a 7 will follow!
